Please plan to arrive around 5:15 PM so you have time to park, walk to the ceremony area, and get seated before the ceremony begins. Our ceremony will begin promptly at 5:30 PM.

Our ceremony will take place outdoors in the Rose Garden at Hudson Gardens & Event Center. Cocktail hour and the reception will follow at the same venue, with the reception taking place indoors in the Bloom Room.

Yes, onsite parking is available for guests. Our ceremony location is on the north side of the venue, so please allow a little extra time to park and walk to the Rose Garden. Additional parking is available across Santa Fe Drive if needed.

We can’t wait to see everyone dressed up! Our dress code is formal attire with a garden party feel. Bright colors and florals are encouraged, but traditional suits and dresses are also perfectly welcome. Please avoid jeans.

While we love your children very much, our wedding will be an adults-only celebration. Unless it is specifically indicated on your invitation, we kindly ask that you make arrangements for a child-free evening. We appreciate your understanding and can’t wait to celebrate with you!

We are so excited to celebrate this special day with our closest family and friends. Due to limited space, we can only accommodate those formally listed on your wedding invitation.

Please plan to arrive about 15 to 20 minutes early so everyone can be seated comfortably before the ceremony begins.

Transportation will not be provided. Guests are welcome to drive, carpool, or use rideshare. Please plan ahead so everyone gets home safely.

Cocktail hour will begin immediately after the ceremony, followed by dinner and dancing in the Bloom Room.
